In partnership with the States of Guernsey, we facilitated the first of two day trips last week for a group of French BAC Metiers du Commerce et la Vente students from the Faculté des Métiers in Saint Malo.
The 20 students enjoyed a full day of visits to Guernsey businesses, giving them valuable insight into working life on the Island. They also explored local heritage at the Candie Museum and met students from the Guernsey Institute programme. This allowed an exchange of experiences and a comparison between France and the Island.
The second group will visit in June and discussions are underway for a return trip for students from Guernsey to Saint Malo.
