We are currently unable to access our reservations systems due to a fire in an IBM datacentre, IBM are working to resolve this, and we expect to regain access within the next 24 hours. This means customers cannot make or amend bookings online or through our Contact Centre. Customers travelling today will be unaffected, but we remind you to arrive at the port at least 90 minutes before departure and have your booking reference/confirmation ready to provide at check-in. Our return Guernsey to Portsmouth ferry route connects travel from Guernsey to England via Jersey. This crossing runs sailings 5 times a week and takes around 12 hours 55 minutes onboard Commodore Clipper.

Once you’ve booked your ferry travel to Guernsey from Portsmouth, find everything you need prior to your departure about Portsmouth port here. If you’re taking your car, check-in will close 1 hour before your scheduled departure time. Please leave plenty of time to arrive at the port for check-in.
