Major boost for inter-island travel through partnership with Islands Unlimited
We are currently unable to access our reservations systems due to a fire in an IBM datacentre, IBM are working to resolve this, and we expect to regain access shortly. This means customers cannot make or amend bookings online or through our Contact Centre. Customers travelling today will be unaffected, but we remind you to arrive at the port at least 90 minutes before departure and have your booking reference/confirmation ready to provide at check-in. We will keep this page updated with information. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Brittany Ferries has confirmed a new partnership with Islands Unlimited which will strengthen connectivity across the Channel Islands.
From March to October, Islands Unlimited’s service between Guernsey and Jersey, operating up to five days each week, will be available to book through Brittany Ferries’ website and reservations.
The agreement expands distribution across the UK, France, Spain and Ireland, supports two centre holidays and builds on a successful 2025 launch season.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to reliability, collaboration and sustainable growth in inter-island tourism.
Brittany Ferries is also exploring Bailiwick collaboration with the ferry operators serving Herm, Sark and Alderney, to bring the Islands closer together and to enhance access from the UK and France.
